Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mark Massage, we are committed to providing high-quality professional services while respecting both our clients’ time and our schedule. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours are subject to availability and may be treated as late cancellations.

We recommend notifying us as early as possible to avoid any charges.

No-Shows

A “no-show” is defined as a client who does not attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or requirement of upfront payment.

Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

  • The full service fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced session time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation.
